ST JAMES, Jamaica (JIS) &mdash; Managing Director of the Jamaica Social Investment Fund (JSIF), Omar Sweeney, says the $252-million zinc-fence removal programme being undertaken by the entity aims to ensure the safety and security of residents in the targeted communities.
