KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Records continue to flow at the 107th staging  of the ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys&rsquo; and Girls&rsquo; Athletics Championships, with Calabar&rsquo;s Dejour Russell being the latest to make the history books winning the Class One 1100m hurdles at the National Stadium a short while  ago.
