KINGSTON, Jamaica &mdash; Minister of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Olivia Grange, says the level of sportsmanship and determination that was displayed at the 2017 ISSA/GraceKennedy Boys and Girls Athletics Championship held at the National Stadium on Saturday, spoke volumes of the work being done by the athletes, their coaches and support teams.
