KINGSTON, Jamaica — Young Jamaica this afternoon hailed the government’s allocation of $300 million to help “financially challenged” Jamaican students at the University of the West Indies (UWI), University of Technology (UTech) and the Caribbean Maritime Institute (CMI) pay their debts.
