LOS ANGELES (Reuters) - Fox Searchlight's fantastical romance "The Shape of Water" and its dark comedy "Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri" emerged as front runners for the Oscar best picture prize on Tuesday after capturing nominations in all of the major categories.
