Prime Minister Andrew Holness has directed that the State Minister for Finance and the Public Service Rudyard Spencer withdraw the controversial comment he made on Sunday that Labourites would now get increased services through the Rural Agricultural Development Authority with a Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) member as chairman.
