Five-year-old suspected of drowning in Manchester

MANDEVILLE, Manchester — The body of five-year-old Aliyakay White was found in a water tank at her home in the community of Bethany, here, on Sunday.Police reports are that she was found afloat in the water tank about 12:52 pm, reportedly only minutes after leaving out of her family members' sight.
