SANTIAGO, Chile (CMC) — The Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean (ECLAC) says the situation of migrants, the ageing of the population, sexual and reproductive health, indigenous peoples and Afro-descendant populations will be some of the central topics addressed at the Third Meeting of the Regional Conference on Population and Development in the region next month.The event will take place in Lima, Peru, from August 7-9.
