Ahead of PAAC meeting, chairman insists USF transparent in hiring practices

CHAIRMAN of the Universal Service Fund (USF) Robert Lawrence has sought to clarify claims in relation to nepotism and cronyism at the State-run technology agency, insisting that the USF adheres to a transparent process in the filling of all permanent positions. Lawrence and his team are scheduled to appear before Parliament's Public Administration and Appropriations Committee (PAAC) today to answer questions about the agency's operations.
