THE National Workers Union (NWU) has written to the Ministry of Labour requesting the intervention of its Conciliatory Department in a wage dispute with the Transport Authority for route inspectors.The Union claimed that the Transport Authority is in breach of the principles governing good faith negotiations as per Section 5 (A) 2 of the Labour Relations and Industrial Disputes Act.
