Former Petrojam boss racks up $1 million phone bill in one month

A document obtained by The Gleaner shows that in one month, discarded Petrojam general manager Floyd Grindley racked up more than $1 million in cell-phone charges. According to documents received by The Gleaner, in December 2016, Grindley’s phone bill amounted to $1,008,099.80.
