Governor-General Sir Patrick Allen presents Beulah Stevens, chief executive officer of the Kingston Public Hospital and Victoria Jubilee hospitals, with a certificate of recognition for the sterling work the institution has rendered over the years. The governor general made the presentation during a visit to the KPH yesterday last Thursday, to bring cheer to staff and patients.
