$400M in cheques for second round of Sandy handouts
KINGSTON, Jamaica - Just over 10,000 persons are to receive cheques valued at $60,000 and $30,000, in the second round of relief distribution to persons affected by Hurricane Sandy and subsequent flooding in eastern parishes.
