An employee of the National Solid Waste Mangement Authority, Shawn Dale, busied himself Sunday afternoon painting the median on Knutsford Boulevard in New Kingston. Much like householders do at home, government traditionally spruces up town centres and other areas by painting and trimming overgrown shrubbery in preparation for the Christmas holiday period.
