The much-quoted analyst could come up with nothing more than recommend that Prime Minister Portia Simpson Miller do another speech to cover things not done in the earlier national broadcast. As if a speech can solve anything, or that one speech can cover everything! BTW, shouldn't analysts come up with suggested solutions instead of just describing the problems with which we are all familiar?
