New pedestrian traffic arrangements were made operational in Half-Way-Tree yesterday. The changes include exclusive pedestrian and audible signals. The changes have been implemented by the National Works Agency in co-ordination with the Jamaica Urban Transit Company Limited, Ministry of Transport, Works & Housing, the Road Safety Unit and the National Road Safety Council.
