Finance and Planning Minister Dr Peter Phillips (tight) shares a light a moment with Jan Kees Martiyn, head of the IMF team now in Jamaica, and permanent secretary in the finance ministry Devon Rowe yesterday. Dr Phillips and Martiyn met briefly as Phillips left IMF officials and the local negotiating team to work out final details for a Staff Level Agreement which is expected to result from this final round of negotiations. Minister Phillips left the island yesterday for a meeting in Washington and will return on the weekend.
