KINGSTOWN, St Vincent (CMC) – Prime Minister Dr Ralph Gonsalves says he did not know that two of his brothers had withdrawn EC$1 million from the financially troubled Building & Loan Association (BLA) in October even as he was encouraging citizens not to withdraw their funds from the institution.
