INDECOM submits file on Immaculate schoolgirl’s killing to DPP

KINGSTON, Jamaica - The Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) has reported that investigation into the fatal shooting of Immaculate Conception high school student, Vanessa Kirkland, has been completed and the file submitted to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecution for a ruling.
