CIBC FirstCaribbean International Bank Managing Director Nigel Holness offers customer Glen Lee, a chocolate on Valentine's Day last Thursday when the institution hosted its largest ever Customer Appreciation Day across 18 Caribbean countries. Holness and his team greeted customers and presented gifts of chocolates, coffee mugs and refreshments. The special Valentine's basket of goodies made available to customers included double points for Valentine's Day credit card purchases and 500 bonus reward points to the first person to receive an approved credit card. CIBC FirstCaribbean also offered any customer with an approved auto loan who took an additional complimentary product, 50% off the loan fee. Holness assured customers: "We want them to know that we're here to work with them to find the right solutions that will help them achieve what matters to them in life."
