Phillips finally concedes an agreement not possible by monthend
FINANCE Minister Dr Peter Phillips was yesterday forced to concede that the long-awaited International Monetary Fund (IMF) agreement will not be forthcoming by the end of this month as was initially announced, despite Jamaica having met all of the required prior actions.
