PORT-AU-PRINCE, Haiti (CMC) — Haiti welcomed delegates to the Fifth Summit of the Association of Caribbean States (ACS) with Foreign Minister Pierre Richard Casimir indicating that the event is essential in strengthening regional co-operation.
