This woman makes a point while other Portmore residents await their turn to speak during the public consultation hosted by the Office of Utilities Regulation (OUR) in Portmore on Monday evening to discuss the National Water Commission's tariff review application. It was the first of nine consultations to be held by the OUR across the island between May 6 and 30. The next one is scheduled for the Holy Cross Church Hall on Half-Way-Tree Road in Kingston today at 6:00 pm.
