KSAC councillor wants review of JPS street lighting service
OPPOSITION Kingston and St Andrew Corporation (KSAC) Councillor Duane Smith wants Government to review arrangements with the Jamaica Public Service Company (JPS) for street lighting, and reduce the payment of $3.4 billion this year from the Parochial Revenue Fund (PRF) to the JPS.
