JHTA challenges farmers to meet demand for local produce
EVELYN SMITH, president of the Jamaica Hotel and Tourist Association (JHTA), has challenged local farmers to step up to the plate in meeting the high demand for a number of niche-market items such as broccoli, strawberry and culinary herbs such as basil, which continue to be in short supply.
