Two Dominicans charged with illegal possession of marijuana
CASTRIES, St Lucia (CMC) – Police say they have charged two Dominicans with the possession of illegal drugs after seizing more than 400 pounds of marijuana on a small boat, about two miles west of the Castries Harbour on Thursday.
