Do not fix police stations to hold minors, JFJ urges Govt
KINGSTON, Jamaica - Human rights group Jamaicans For Justice (JFJ) has described as impractical an announcement by a joint ministerial committee that police stations will be retrofitted to house minors who have run afoul of the law.
