EVIDENCE was given Wednesday that Dr Jeffery Pyne, one of three former Appliance Traders Limited (ATL) executives being tried for an alleged case of fraud, wasn't authorised to sign on behalf of Gorstew Limited regarding the 2008 pension distribution.
