ATL's top finance man insists disputed letter was backdated
DAVID DAVIES, the Appliance Traders Limited (ATL) Group global chief financial officer, yesterday stuck to his gun that a letter purporting to consent to the 2008 distribution of $1.7 billion in surplus from the pension fund was backdated.
