$3m fine, 25-year sentence proposed under Cybercrime Act
KINGSTON, Jamaica — Parliament will shortly come face to face with the recommendations of the Joint Select Committee contemplating amendments to the 2010 Cybercrimes Act which if accepted could see convicted persons facing penalties of up to 25 years for particular offences.
