No doubt bitten by the green-eyed monster, many predicted that the marriage of the pretty journalist and the dashing acting corporal of police would not last. That was 48 years ago, yesterday. To mark the occasion, Sybil and Isadore Hibbert surrounded themselves with family and loved ones, some of whom travelled from overseas to share the moment.
