Richards throws CAC meet record, ‘A’ standard in shot put

MONTEGO BAY, St James -- Jamaica’s former World University Games (WUG) shot put gold medalist O’Dayne Richards has booked his place at the IAAF world Championships in Moscow next month after throwing a Central America and Caribbean Senior Championships meet record and personal best 20.97m in Mexico Sunday morning.
