MONTEGO BAY, Jamaica -- Nesta Carter has clocked the second fastest time this year over the 100 metres behind American Tyson Gay after a blistering 9.87 seconds (1.8m/s) win at the IAAF World Challenge Meeting in Madrid, Spain on Saturday.
