KINGSTON, Jamaica — Minister of Health, Dr Fenton Ferguson, agreed yesterday to table the smoking ban regulations in Parliament next week, and amend the Public Health Act (PHA) to require the minister to seek affirmative approval prior to making such changes in the future.
