LAGOS, Nigeria — Rescue workers search the rubble of a three-story building that collapsed, in Ebutte Metta , Lagos, Nigeria yesterday. Nigeria's Red Cross says a building collapsed in a poor Lagos suburb and killed at least seven people. Team leader Oladimeji Ige said they dug out eight people but believe others still are trapped.
