MINISTER of Tourism Dr Wykeham McNeill is calling for the creation of a contributory pension plan for tourism workers and is looking for all relevant stakeholders to sign on to this initiative in light of the fact that so many tourism workers retire without a pension and have very little to show for their labours during the autumn of their years.
