SECURITY Minister Peter Bunting said yesterday that he had no difficulty with Tuesday's ruling by the Constitutional Court on the powers of the Independent Commission of Investigations (INDECOM) to arrest and prosecute members of the security forces without reference to the Office of the Director of Public Prosecutions (ODPP).
