KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Exhibiting the fighting spirit of a true champion Alia Atkinson bounced back from a disappointing performance at the recent FINA World Championships in Barcelona Spain with an impressive win in the 100 metre breaststroke earlier Thursday at the FINA World Cup swim meet in Eindhoven, Holland.
