NEW YORK, (CMC) -- A Grenadian American legislator has added his voice to a United States federal court ruling against the New York Police Department’s (NYPD) stop-and-frisk tactics, saying the ruling is not a cause for celebration but a “new chapter” in America’s civil rights movement.
