NEW DELHI, India — Indian children and freed child labourers participate in a protest demanding the passage of the Child and Adolescent Labour (Protection and Regulation) Bill, in New Delhi yesterday. The bill, if passed, would prohibit hazardous work for all children below 18 years and employment of children below 14 years in sync with the Right to Education Act, according to a press release.
