KINGSTON, Jamaica — Leader of the Jamaica Labour Party (JLP) Andrew Holness has written to the Chairman of the Electoral Commission of Jamaica (ECJ), Dr Herbert Thompson saying that the JLP has lost confidence in him and will not participate in any further ECJ meeting held under his leadership.
