Caribbean women, children to benefit from US$700-m World Bank health funding

WASHINGTON, USA (CMC) — World Bank Group President Jim Yong Kim has announced that the lending agency plans to invest at least US$700 million through the end of 2015 to help developing countries, including the Caribbean reach the United Nations' Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) for women and children's health.
