Caricom-Spain pact puts youth, gender issues in focus

GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) —The Caribbean Community (Caricom) says it has entered into an agreement with Spain for a citizen security project that will focus on youth and gender issues, as well as youth entrepreneurship.
