Raw sewage bubbles from a manhole and onto Oxford Street in downtown Kingston on Friday. The problem, which has business operators angry, has been blamed on a broken sewer main, which is common throughout the busy business district. "For four weeks sewage has been flowing along the road. This can't continue," Merle Watson, who operates a food shop in the area, told the Jamaica Observer Friday.
