Caricom 'deeply concerned' about Dom Rep migrant ruling
GEORGETOWN, Guyana (CMC) — The Caribbean Community (Caricom) grouping yesterday said it was "deeply concerned" at the ruling by the Constitutional Court in the Dominican Republic that could render stateless, thousands of persons of Haitian descent.
