Digicel/Labour Ministry to sign MOU on children's project
KINGSTON, Jamaica -- Digicel Foundation and the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MLSS) will next Wednesday sign a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) for assistance to the Ministry’s Early Stimulation Programme (ESP).
