KINGSTON, Jamaica - The National Road Safety Council (NRSC) has appealed to Jamaicans to double their efforts in exercising responsible road use to prevent more mayhem. The Council is also stressing the need for the swift passage of the new Road Traffic Act, before the end of the year.
