FAMILY members and devotees of late reggae superstar Peter Tosh gathered at Natty's Entertainment Centre at Farm near Belmont, the birthplace of the 'Stepping Razor', as he was also called, to mark the 69th anniversary of his birth with a Peter Tosh Earthstrong Concert, on Sunday, October 20, 2013. This was the event at which Ras Puddler, self-confessed ganja farmer and Tosh devotee, of Westmoreland, called for decriminalising and not legalisation of the weed. The annual celebration was previously organised by Worrell King, but this year's event is the first to be organised by the Tosh family. Today the Jamaica Observer presents a photo story of the event, courtesy of photographer Karl McLarty.
