1000 East Rural St Andrew constituents to graduate NCTVET certified, says MP

KINGSTON, Jamaica — On Sunday, November 3 some 1000 East Rural St Andrew constituents will graduate from the joint 3-2-1 Education Plan with certification from the National Council on Technical and Vocational Education and Training (NCTVET) according to Member of Parliament for the constituency, Damion Crawford.
