RETIREMENT, St James —The St James police were up to late yesterday still questioning a People's National Party councillor whose Mitsubishi Pajero was allegedly involved in Saturday's accident that claimed the life of 14-year-old Jouvhaine Whitmore, the son of former national football coach, Theodore 'Tappa' Whitmore.
